Misadventurous Melissa

Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.

Why My Water Is Shut Off

I was wondering what I was going to do for fun tomorrow. Now I know.

Is that Kelsey's handiwork or did the plant just take over?

I yanked the hose and the pipe leading to the spiget broke. The valve is leaky, so water pours continually from the break. The cement to repair the pipe can only be used on dry pipe. I really don't know what I'm going to do.

Lol, Anna. Glad you could visit. :)

The water finally stopped leaking on its own, so I was able to fix it. I now have blue glue stuck to my thumb and index finger, but I guess it could be worse. At least they're not stuck together. :)
