Misadventurous Melissa

Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.

Dumb Blonde Shampoo and a Free Lunch

Someone has made a shampoo and conditioner just for me. (I'm referring to the phrase, Dumb Blonde, not Bed Head.) How could I resist buying it, especially since my collection has been depleted to 20 bottles? It wasn't cheap either. It cost around twenty bucks at Costco. (Maybe I really am as dumb as I look.)

While I was at Costco, I got lunch for free. I ate generous samples of cheeseburgers, mashed potatoes, toquitos, trail mix and orange juice. It was a strange lunch, but I got enough to satisfy me. Although, I'm not sure how free the lunch was. I spent a ton of money.

I've spied that in the hairdressers here, my daughter has fine hair, i wondered how that may work for her. Let me know if you like it!

Costco makes me sadly broke! But the kids love the samples, and I can shop and spend all of my money in peace.

Michelle, my hair is fine too, so I'll let you know how it worked.

Brandy, sometmes I think that I should direct deposit my paycheck to Costco. They get most of my money anyway.

LOL at you buying MORE shampoo!
Costco is a dream. I don't ever (hardly) eat the samples but I love shopping for most everything in one place and paying decent prices.

Mary, don't tell anyone, but I actually bought 3 more bottles. (Yes, I know I have a problem.)

Michelle, I've used the Dumb Blonde conditioner three times in a row and I like it. It makes my hair shiny, slick and smooth. It's also a little limp, but I'm okay with that.
