Blender Blunder

I nearly through out a perfectly good blender. I was going to make a smoothy and as is my habit, I looked down inside the blender first to make sure there was nothing unwanted in there. As luck would have it, there was something icky inside. It looked like a mouse dropping.

There is absolutely nothing that I could do to make it feel clean again if that happened, so I was prepared to throw it out. Just to make sure what it was, I tipped the blender over the sink to dump out the contents. In mid-air, the object flew off. It was just an insect. Now I don't have to buy a new blender.
