Would You Want These Fingers Touching You?

These are my fingers after washing and scrubbing them. Click on the picture to make it larger if you dare. The dark stuff under my nails isn't really dirt, it's pomegranate stuff. I have to work today and this is the cleanest that I can get my fingers. If you were in the hospital, would you want your nurse to touch you with nails that look like this?
