Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.

Great shots! (Nice to see the pics working.)
You look very regal there. :)
I love going to henges! Love the face ones...they are great.
Thanks, Dave. I hope the pictures stick this time.
What woman wouldn't look regal surrounded by such beauties. ;)
Madwag, you're much closer to the real henges. Have you seen them yet?
Just discovered you are back! Sounds like a great time but trips can be stressful. I did one last year and was stressing over things most of the time but now reflecting back, I only remember the good things :)
And just so you know, I see no pictures in most of the blogs, only the one of your hair style in Ireland ... figures, huh? I am viewing in Explorer as I never did figure out why I can't view your blog in Netscape.
P.S. Glad to hear Murph is OK
And I also see the pictures in "Assorted Henges".
Wow. everything is green in Ireland. Even those @#*%hinges.
Great pictures. Those stones probably date back to the celts.
Sorry to hear it was so cold.
Fantastic pictures, glad to see your camera worked so well :o)
How fascinating those "henges" are!
Irene, vacations can be such hard work. No wonder people often stay home during their vacation.
Gary, I didn't notice it before, but the @#%$ henges are green. I think that it's just a reflexion, there was nothing growing on them
Karen, I'm actually okay with cold weather. I was dressed for it. It was kind of fun to escape the never-ending heat.
Michelle, I'm very happy with my camera, but Blogger hates it. I have no trouble, usually, posting pictures from the Olympus, but Blogger will only rarely accept pictures from the Nikon.
Re: Olympus vs Nikon -
Are the cameras at the same pixel settings? Such as: 640 x 480 (aka VGA), 800 x 600, etc.? I do see that all your pix as-posted are at 400 x 300, so maybe there is something in the re-sizing mechanism that is hiccupping.
Also, the Nikon *does* transfer the photos as .jpg's, doesn't it? Another possible glitch invitation is if it uses .bmp's (or some other type).
Your Owner/User manual will docement these.
Thanks, Paul, I appreciate your suggestions. When I'm feeling ambitious, I'll get out the owner's manual and try to figure it out.
