Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.
This is the freezer at work. It's not the employee freezer, it's the patient freezer. That's a half eaten popsicle and dirty paper towel inside. Would you expect to see this in a hospital?
I guess that it could be worse. At least there weren't any specimens in there.

OK, no frozen foods in the hospital either. Maybe I will lose a couple of pounds:)
You can always bring food in from the outside.
