Misadventurous Melissa

Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.

Enjoy it while its there. At least you don't have to shovel it to get out of the garage. Drive carefully!

I'm jealous. We haven't had snow like that here in Houston in many years. Too many to remember.

Wow, that is very cool! Snow in Southern California, and it's sticking too. Looks like you and the boys are enjoying it.

Does Magic Mountain close down for "snow days"?

Our snow is finally going away. People in Seattle are actually celebrating the return of the rain.

Connie, the snow was gone in about an hour, but it was a good hour.

Gary, sorry that I couldn't send some your way.

Alan, Magic Mountain is only open on weekends this time of year, so snow wasn't an issue. I have no idea what they would do on a working day. M.M., by the way, isn't going to be sold. Yay!

Snow does look pretty, but then, so does blue water, islands and tropical plants.

wow!!!! we haven't even had that here yet... at least not in Bristol.... we are having really strange weather this year... very strange. Have you heard about the winds we had... 13 people died in one day because of the wind... trees falling, rock/brick walls falling, cars and trucks blown over... really weird.

Thanks, Karen.

Madwag, I have read about the storms and thought of you. Hopefully, you've been able to stay inside where it's warm and dry.

Lisa, Tommy refused to go outside, so it would just be Kelsey and he's too silly to do anything serious like pull a sled.
