Everyday is an adventure, or misadventure as the case may be. It is the latter that makes for the best stories, inspiring the name of my blog. I'm a nurse and an attorney (and way too silly sometimes). I am retired now. WELCOME to my blog! This is a work of fiction inspired by true events. The patients I refer to are a patchwork quilt of various patient's problems mixed together. If you think you recognize someone, you are wrong. These people do not really exist.

Bummer i didn't live closer, we could exchange cuttings. What gorgeous colors for your time of year :o)
I imagine that your yard is a big blooming mass of orchids right now.
Actually, it's not. They've all just about finished. I have these other plants called "Hoyas" a trailing kind of plant that produces these waxy type orchid type flowers, so they are all out now. I love that big yellow one of yours, it's so bright and pretty :),if Winter does this to your plants, Spring must be incredible!
Man are you lucky!
As nice as year round flowers are, there's something to be said for having real seasons. I like snow.
I want to come over and steal flowers!
You're also welcome to steal what's left of my basil.
Would you believe my mutant plants are loaded with green tomatoes! Maybe this house was built on an old nuclear waste dump, my yellow teardrop is about 7 ft tall, almost as wide and loaded with little flowers!
If we get together, we can make brushetta. I hope we don't start glowing in the dark.
Mmmmmm, bruchetta! When is your next day off!
Saturday. Lets make that brushetta day. :)
OK! Sounds good to me!
